and His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Bin Bandar Bin Sultan (KBS), Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. This JV offers EPC services for oil and gas, petrochemical and infrastructure
sectors by drawing on the proven expertise of the Punj Lloyd Group companies.
Client: ARAMCO Total Refining and Petrochemical Company, Project- Package-9,
Jubail Export Refinery in Al-Jubal, Saudi Arabia.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting records related to accounts payable, accounts
receivable and petty cash.
Finalization Accounts Preparation.
Checking and verifying supplier invoices, petty cash vouchers in respect
of correctness, authorization and company policies
Bank Reconciliation
Keeping records for vendors’ Bank Guarantees, preparing and forwarding
request for extension of such Bank Guarantees on time to the respective
banks before expiring
Preparing MIS reports as per the formats of Punj Lloyd on monthly basis
Implementing accounting systems & procedures; preparing all required
book of accounts & coordinating with corporate office for a construction
project.
Preparing and submitting MIS reports to provide feedback to top
management on financial performance.
Contracts Assistance (Contracts Department) Responsibility:
Checking of Subcontractor Monthly Progress Bills as per Sub Contract
Agreement as per Quantity & Approved rate.
Preparing subcontractor payment release certificate as per LOI and project
management team certification.
Coordinating between site office & Head office (Contract & Accounts
Dept.)
Coordinating with Subcontractors to acquire required documents as per
Agreements.
Preparation and implementation of the Subcontracting plan and
administration of the main Contract, for execution of the EPC Contract for
the Package-9 of Saudi Arabia.
