1. A seasoned training consultant, Sujeet has over 16 years experience in
sales, training, learning and development. His last corporate
employment was with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Company as a
Branch Development Partner.
His professional journey began with Lenbrook Pharmaceuticals (a
division of Knoll Pharma) where he worked as a Product Specialist. He
then joined B. Braun Medical (I) Limited and then opted for an
industry switch over to BPO, where he joined Wipro BPO as Voice & Accent Trainer, and
then with Mphasis – an EDS company as a Voice Coach. With Learning and Development
being his forte, Sujeet has worked with competency development and skill gap identification
to assist the organization to prioritize training needs and set the overall training objectives
for the organization. Sujeet has contributed with his training services to the Life Insurance
Industry for over 6 years in the area of Leadership development, Winning in Selling
workshops, Managerial Effectiveness workshops etc.
Sujeet has been a highly effective trainer with his areas of training expertise being High

achievement which not only helps in talent retention but also leads to
promotions/elevations of the participants.
He graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Pune. He is also a validated and
certified V&A Trainer by Wipro BPO. He has been awarded as the best trainer by Tata AIG
Life Insurance Company Limited and the first ever trainer to be selected internally as
Content Architect at IDBI Federal Life Insurance. He qualified for Annual Sales Congress held
at Kuala Lumpur, in the Trainers’ category, by Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance in May 2014.
