Finance Manager, Logistics Division 2013 – 2016
Planned, implemented, and oversaw highly-detailed quarterly and annual budgets for Logistics, the largest division
of Tech Data ($39M budget), as well as the Freight Operations budget and headcount reporting. Also, supported the
Financial Director & SVP of Logistics to improve the overall operational effectiveness of the department.
Supervised analysts and other staff responsible for all divisional, monthly and annual financial reporting for
Logistics and Freight Operations budgets, as well as variance analysis reporting for both.
Effectively managed assignments to assemble all data required on major financial activities, and reviewed
work products to ensure they exceeded financial compliance standards.
Prepared bonus calculations for the entire Logistics department (associates, non-executives and executives)
