suffer will be dine-in
Rethink your practices to avoid as much upheaval as possible
● Split teams so that one half of the business never interacts with the other
half, keeping one half running if someone tests positive for Covid
Don’t be afraid to bring in new tech
● The usual time it takes customers to warm to and take on new technology
has been drastically reduced thanks to Covid, people now want to try new
tech if it means a safer experience
Think about every contact point
● Really consider where you need contact: greeting on arrival definitely still
requires a human touch, but when it comes to payment, an app might be
better

the volume of workers using high cost
credit has actually increased from 78%
in 2018 to 82% in 2019.
74% of workers were affected by personal
finance related stress in 2019.
Workers said it impacts their sleep (45%),
social lives (38%), relationships (34%) and
health (32%). Importantly, workers report
that financial stress affects their
performance at work (27%).
