There are two common types of plagiarism:
Word Plagiarism: When you use exact words or phrases of another author. Copying something without giving credit to the source.
Idea Plagiarism: When you present an idea from another source without citing the author.
Quoting: Using someone else’s work, word for word.
Paraphrasing: Describing someone else’s idea using your own words.
