Theme of Your Videos: The theme of your videos should be relevant
to your channel’s focus. Vet if people would see your video topics or

Include sufficient number of videos in your playlist so that viewers

consistency to build your channel and make your
viewers/subscribers stick to your channel.
If you stay out of this for a long time, it can happen
that someone else can take your position and then it
will become difficult for you to regain your earlier
position.
#10 Monitor your videos performance to improve
your videos every time you upload new videos.
You should monitor your videos’ performance like how
many views you are getting, how many impressions you
are getting, where viewers are losing their interest in

Reply on comments posted by your viewers. It will help
you in connecting with them, getting the feedback and
improving yourself to make better videos in future.

are posting their videos.
Watch on their keywords use: Analyze on which
keywords they are ranking above you. If you can
exceed them then try for those keywords, otherwise
look for some alternate keyword on which they are
ranking low and you have a chance to rank high.
You should also keep an eye always on what your
competitors are doing so that you can have a benchmark
for your work. You can get ideas on how to do things or
improve yourself so that viewers will come on your video. 
Content Creation: Look at the content of their videos
and see how you can improve and can rank higher
than them. Try to make more useful content for the
viewers as this is why viewers are watching your
video.
Closely keep a look on their strategy: Always watch
out what they are doing and does that bringing them
more views or not. Like if they are taking the help of
some influencers or are running campaigns on their
