facilities and the installation of high pressure pipelines. Responsibilities included
safety leadership, cost/schedule management, logistics, material procurement,

Cooper River Boiler Replacement Project 2003-2006
Project Services Manager
Led the project services team in Cooper River PTA # 2 for the Boiler
Replacement Project through the Appraise, Select, Define, and Execute stages.
Responsibilities included management of the project controls, resource
planning, budget preparation, estimate reviews, development and
implementation of contract strategy, procurement strategy, contract preparation
and administration, and interface with Plant accounting personnel. Participated
in constructability reviews, HAZOPS, risk assessments (estimate & schedule),
and external benchmarking. (Project received “Best in Class” ranking from
Independent Project Analysis, IPA). Also supported the plant capital works
group for Project Controls Functional Discipline.
GoM Deepwater Development 2002
Site Shared Services Manager
Seconded to Houma, Louisiana to coordinate multiple Deepwater projects for
BP. Responsibilities included cross project consistency and “Program”
perspective in relationships, processes, and procedures with J. Ray McDermott,
resource management and coordination, development of Project Incentive
Targets, yard asset planning, contract administration, cost/schedule control,
material management/preservation, and interface with Business Unit Project
Services Team, Deepwater Development Commercial Team, and Supply Chain
Management Team.
BP Amoco Chemical Company TMA 2 Project 2001
Project Services Manager/Procurement Manager
Provided Project Controls functional discipline support to the TMA 2 project, a
next generation trimellitic anhydride (TMA) facility to be located in Southeast
Asia. In addition to the normal project controls responsibilities, was also fulfilling
the role of procurement manager in the development, sourcing, and bidding the
major equipment. This plant was to be constructed in Malaysia, but subsequent
to the attacks of September 11, 2001, the project was cancelled.
Prairie Rose LAO Project 1998-2001
Project Services/Site Services Manager
Provided project services in support of the Joffre LAO Plant Project through the
appraise and select stages. Areas of responsibility were management of project
controls, budget preparation, estimate reviews, resource planning, and
development of projects contract strategy. Coordinated the issuance of the EPC

Request for Proposal (RFP) as the project moved into the define/execute stage.
As the project moved into the construction phase, was mobilized to site as the
Site Services Manager to establish the necessary infrastructure, site policies and
procedures, locate housing for project team, and to liaison with Nova Chemicals,
upon whose site this facility was to be constructed. Due to changes to personnel
assigned to the project, provided direct supervision for the construction of the
permanent plant administration building, maintenance building, warehouse,
compressor building, cooling tower pump house, and process control room
facilities. Additionally, was responsible for the cost, schedule, and specification
compliance for the facilities IT infrastructure design and installation.
Cooper River No. 2 PTA Project 1995-1997
Project Administrative Manager
Selected to support the Cooper River No. 2 PTA project team which required
establishing, implementing, and managing all the projects administrative
policies and procedures, budgets, cost control, and infrastructure requirements
necessary to support both the engineering efforts being performed in Rome,
Italy and the construction efforts in Wando, South Carolina. Additionally,
provided monthly interface with South Carolina Revenue to resolve taxation
issues, provided logistics and customs support, developed and implemented a
scheduled audit plan, implemented SAP in the middle of the project, disposed of
surplus material and equipment, and settled outstanding claims with
subcontractors and vendors at project completion.
Amoco PT&S (Construction) 1993-1995
Sr. Staff Administrative Supervisor
Assigned to Amoco’s Worldwide Engineering and Construction organization to
provide functional discipline and leadership to the project controls team.
Supported 23 cost engineering personnel assigned to capital project teams,
located at various project sites around Amoco’s global business units. Directly
managed the Houston based administrative team which provided support to
several domestic projects as well as the Houston based PT&S organization.
Investment Recovery Team - Business Process Reengineering 1992-
1993

Amoco PT&S (General Office) 1989-1992
Sr. Staff Administrative Supervisor
Directed the efforts of Amoco Production Company’s General Office material
group whose primary responsibility was to provide oversight and direction in the
management of APC’s material assets worldwide. Co-chaired the steering
committee responsible for the development and implementation of the Material
Asset Control System which made the material transfer and pricing system an
electronic process, served as Amoco Production Company’s representative to
the Corporate committee responsible for developing the electronic material
catalog system, served as APC’s representative to the Council of Petroleum
Accountants Society (COPUS) on all joint interest material issues, and provided
material pricing support to all APC’s domestic operations. Additionally, managed
the Central Inventory Team responsible for inventorying and reconciling all
APC’s domestic company operated properties. This was completed to coincide
with the rollout of the electronic Material Asset Control System (MACS).
Houston Region – North Operations 1987-1989
Sr. Staff Administrative Supervisor
Responsible for developing the staffing requirements to provide material and
administrative support the Houston based North Operations Group and the six
associated operations centers which resulted from the restructuring of the
Houston Region to a Houston based organization. Implemented the plan and
supervised the group for the first year of operation.
Houston Region – Hobbs District Office 1885-1987
District Administrative Supervisor
Provide leadership and direction to the district administrative staff in the areas
of financial records, revenue & production, materials, automation, and
personnel. These groups were responsible for providing support to the
engineering and operations personnel of the Hobbs District which operated over
1500 wells, one plant, and several compression facilities located in the eastern
half of New Mexico.
Houston Region – West Texas Eastern New Mexico Division 1984-1985
Staff Administrative Supervisor
Direct the efforts of the Joint Interest group responsible for the preparation and
control of all joint interest AFE’s and the disposition of all outside audits for the
WT-ENM Division. Additionally, provided assistance in the preparation of the

Administrative Supervisor
Provide supervision and leadership to the administrative staff responsible for
supporting the drilling, operations, construction, and engineering personnel
assigned to the Bravo Dome operation. During this period Amoco drilled 197
