Stephen Gleave is a partner with DLA Piper (Canada) LLP. He’s worked as a lawyer for 30 years and is an expert in Canadian Labour and Employment Law. He represents parties in wrongful competition matters ranging from wrongful dismissal actions to restrictive covenants to breach of fiduciary duties. He also is knowledgeable about the forensic inspection of media devices and teaches seminars on the topic to other attorneys. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario, and was educated at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and the University of Oxford in England.
