At Inspire-Connect, our goal is your goal. But more importantly, our objective is to help you develop long term sustainable habits that will 
contribute to a higher sense of well-being and life satisfaction 
beginning collaborating progressing reflecting 
Congratulations on taking 
a critical step! In this 
first session, we will get 
acquainted, you will learn 
about the different programs 
and we will discuss your 
goals and expectations. 
After selecting the best 
program for your unique 
situation, we will set 
the direction in terms of 
schedule, commitments and 
level of activity. 
Together we will create your 
action plan and determine 
the strategy outlining how 
you will achieve your goals. 
At this stage you will obtain 
personalized resources, 
development ideas and 
opportunities to stretch and 
grow. 
The longest stage, 
progressing will occur 
over multiple sessions. 
Throughout, we will build on 
your successes and discuss 
challenges to ensure they 
are overcome and that you 
meet your goals. 
The sessions are now 
complete and it is time to 
reflect upon all that you have 
achieved. As part of the last 
session, we will discuss new 
directions and also focus on 
the learned behaviours for 
sustainable growth.

The sessions are now complete and it is time to reflect upon all that you have achieved.
