3. Login and Get Started
Now that you’ve signed up it’s
important to know all the benefits of
using your StadiumRoar website.
You can log-in anytime by visiting
www.stadiumroar.com. Enter your
email address and password and
click the green “LOGIN” button.
3
4. Facility Scheduler
Once you login, you’ll see five silver buttons at the top of the page
that are private only to you; click the “Facility Scheduler” button.
4
5. Adding Your Locations
Once you’re in your “Facility Scheduler” area, the first thing you want to
do is enter the names of the facilities you coordinate. It’s recommended
you be as specific as possible. For example, if you manage three different
courts at Gym A, add “Gym A – Court 1”, “Gym A – Court 2” and “Gym A –
Court 3” as three separate entries.
5
6. Adding Your Programs
The second thing you want to do is add the names of the
programs that play at your facilities (teams, camps, clubs, etc).
6
7. Booking Time Slots
Once you have your locations and programs inputted, you’re ready to begin booking time slots at your
locations (ex: Club A booked at Location X every Tuesday from 3 PM – 5 PM in the month of June). There
are two ways you can book a time slot; you can use each independently or do a combination of both. You
can click the “Book Time Slots” button to schedule a time slot whenever you want (Option 1). You can also
have people send you requests for facility usage, and schedule time slots by accepting or denying requests
(Option 2). As you book time slots, StadiumRoar will make sure you never “double book” a location.
Option 2 Option 1
7
8. Option 1 – Booking Time Slots Yourself
To book time slots yourself, all you need to do is select the location
to be booked and the program that will be using it. You then simply
select the dates and times the location will be booked.
8
9. Option 2 – Receiving Requests
To receive online requests for time slots, you need to make a website
with StadiumRoar; people can then visit the site, browse your
locations and send you requests for location use.
To make a site, open your “My Sites” section and click the “Create
Organization Site” button; it takes less than 10 seconds to get a site
and no technical experience is needed.
9
10. Your StadiumRoar Site
Once you have a site, please log into the site as an admin and open
the “Facilities” button. Please then click the “Location Requests”
button and follow the simple steps for receiving location requests.
10
11. Request Senders
For people to send you requests, all they need to do is (1)
visit your StadiumRoar site (2) click the “Facilities” button
and (3) Click the “Location Requests” button.
11
12. Accepting or Denying Requests
As people send you requests, they’ll automatically appear in the “Time Slot
Requests Sent to Me” tab within your “Facility Scheduler” section. Click “Accept”
or “Deny” buttons to confirm or reject a request with one click.
If you accept a request, it will instantly be booked as part of your schedule; in
addition, the person that made the request will automatically receive an email
confirmation. If you deny a request, it will not be saved to your schedule, and the
requestor will receive an email alerting that the request has been denied.
12
13. Your Schedule
As time slots are confirmed, they will automatically be added to your schedule.
There are many convenient views of your schedule; view by location, view by
program, view individual entries or all at once, view by day, week or month.
13
14. Showing Your Schedules to Others
There are two ways you can show your facility schedules to other people: you can
post them online on your StadiumRoar website or you can email them to people.
Click the “Display” box next to Click the “Email” button in the
your name to display your upper right corner of your
schedules on your site schedule to email time slots
