❖Environmental studies are the study of human interaction
with the environment and in the interests of solving complex
problems.
❖Environment includes which we are directly or indirectly
dependent for our survival, whether it is living component
like animals, plants or non living component like soil, air and
water.

12. Conclusion :
In the past we have seen environmental movements bringing
positive changes to the nation.
But with the increase in population and demands of the
consumers and the main focus of the governments engaging in
economic and military development in the country, the
environment factor has been largely ignored.
Our natural environment makes human life possible, and our
cultural environment helps define who we are. It is therefore
essential that our population and economic growth are
environmentally sustainable.
