Brand Strategy and Experience Design
I develop brand strategies for customer experiences in the physical and digital space. I follow an interdisciplinary approach, that connects brand strategy with service design and architecture. My aim is to close the gab between aspirational brand strategies and the often sobering reality in the physical and digital space. I believe that brands should pursue a people serving purpose. This should be connected to spatial and digital experiences that are designed in a human-centered, useful and enjoyable way.
