Managed implementation of payment systems and processes for multiple countries in the region, successfully rolling out the Foreign Payment System in UAE, Lebanon, Morocco and Bahrain. Upgraded Swift systems to version 4.0 and implemented straight through processing of payments as well as automatic reconciliation of accounts and deals in several countries to streamline operations.

1. Achievements
 Managed the interface between the countries and Head Office on projects: attended project pilots,
planned roll-out, led Change Analysis, co-ordinated changes, trained the staff, managed customisation,
cut-over and post implementation support.
 Led Foreign Payment System (FPS) Project: successfully implemented ABN AMRO FPS in UAE, Lebanon,
Morocco and Bahrain, working in each country for up to 9 months.
 Successfully implemented Straight Through Processing (STP) of Payments and de-centralized the Swift
operations in all the countries in the region: UAE, South Africa, Lebanon, Bahrain and Kenya.
 Upgraded, implemented and supported Swift Alliance Access to version 4.0 in the Region. Led this project
for UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon and South Africa and coordinated the same for Kenya and Morocco.
 Implemented Automatic Nostro Account reconciliation, first using SOAR and later using Intellimatch
(replacement of SOAR).
 Implemented Automatic reconciliation of Treasuries Forex deals as well as Deposits in Kenya using TREX
software.
