Deliverables - In Kubota Sholinganallore:
 Handling and take care of more than 7500 plus SKUs in the spare parts warehouse.
 On time delivering Machine down order (MDO), Emergency order(EO) and Monthly order (MO) to
the dealers.
 Target to achieved 94.5% against 95% fill rate of requirement vs supply to the dealers.
 Managing of smooth operation material’s binning, GRN in the excise warehouse.
 Handling and take care of process related to picking, repacking, MRP label pasting, checking and
final packing of materials.
 Dispatch the dealer’s material orders timely manner and achieve 100% on time delivery (OTD).
 Responsible to planning and sending branch transfer stock to other branches in PAN India.
 Handling with team size of 4 direct pay role and 40 casual workers.
