Responsibility :
Processing of RMA & Maintain records of all RMA equipment send for repair, Manage & Expedite the
return of Repairable asset.
Control inventory levels, issue work orders, updating spares status & movement and other related
activities on to the ERP software ( IBM Maximo) provided & Updating TLS manager when the Safety
stock level is not met.
Maintain the appearance of the warehouse by employing aesthetics and logistics.
Liaise with Forwarder / GHQ & Customs for all import & Export shipment.
Co-ordinate for spare Audit / SGT Audit.
