Types of Training Grants will Target <ul><li>Technical Training (CNC, PLC) for transferrable skills, may include certification (this includes maintenance and trades) </li></ul><ul><li>Pre-employment Training with intent to hire full time </li></ul><ul><li>Quality, Lean, Process Improvements (including software that is new and required for processes) </li></ul><ul><li>Industry Specific Safety Training for Specialized Industries (example: Nuclear Power Plants) </li></ul><ul><li>First Time Supervisory Skills </li></ul>
