Project Title:
“A comprehensive study on the Role of Digital and Social Media Marketing on
Consumer Behaviour “
Project Objective:
 To examine the implication of digital marketing in the consumer purchase decision and
to find out that the consumers are aware of digital marketing and the digital channels
influence in their purchase decision.
 To evaluate the various channels preferred by consumers for buying decisions over
traditional channels.
 To analyze the impact of social media on consumer buying behavior.
Project Summary:
The consumers of the internet in the present times are widely spread all over the world and
have taken growth in many sectors. Digital media Marketing and social media. Marketing has
provided a new way of communication to engage the consumer in different business sectors.
Various Online tools are also increasing at a rapid rate to reach new customers. According to
recent marketing research, social media is getting involved in people’s lives and making them
more dependent.
This approach involves:
 Systematically collecting and analyzing real-time quality data
 Using data to build quality models and profiles
 Comparing product samples and machinery status to the quality models and profiles
in real-time
The aim of this research is to identify the various types of barriers that a consumer faces
while buying a good or things and how social media is affecting the buying decision.
So, thefuture scope of this study is huge.
The process flow of the project will be:
1. Identifying the implication of social media marketing.
2. Evaluate various channels preferred by consumers for buying decisions over the
traditional channel.
3. Then analysis will be done based on the previous two.
4. The findings and limitations of the research will be noted.
5. Then future scopes of improvements of the study will be recommended.
Research Methodology
I will use the Factor Analysis tool to find out the relationship between the various factors
which influence employee retention and find out which are the important factors having an
impact on organizations’ performance.
 Type of Research –Quantitative Research (Survey)
 Nature of Data – Primary Data
 Method of Data collection – Questionnaire Method
 Sources of Data – Collect Real-time data through questionnaires and analyze the data
collected from the questionnaires.

Project Title: “A comprehensive study on the Role of Digital and Social Media Marketing on Consumer Behaviour “ Project Objective:  To examine the implication of digital marketing in the consumer purchase decision and to find out that the consumers are aware of digital marketing and the digital channels influence in their purchase decision.  To evaluate the various channels preferred by consumers for buying decisions over traditional channels.  To analyze the impact of social media on consumer buying behavior. Project Summary: The consumers of the internet in the present times are widely spread all over the world and have taken growth in many sectors. Digital media Marketing and social media. Marketing has provided a new way of communication to engage the consumer in different business sectors. Various Online tools are also increasing at a rapid rate to reach new customers. According to recent marketing research, social media is getting involved in people’s lives and making them more dependent. This approach involves:  Systematically collecting and analyzing real-time quality data  Using data to build quality models and profiles  Comparing product samples and machinery status to the quality models and profiles in real-time The aim of this research is to identify the various types of barriers that a consumer faces while buying a good or things and how social media is affecting the buying decision. So, thefuture scope of this study is huge. The process flow of the project will be: 1. Identifying the implication of social media marketing. 2. Evaluate various channels preferred by consumers for buying decisions over the traditional channel. 3. Then analysis will be done based on the previous two. 4. The findings and limitations of the research will be noted. 5. Then future scopes of improvements of the study will be recommended.

Research Methodology I will use the Factor Analysis tool to find out the relationship between the various factors which influence employee retention and find out which are the important factors having an impact on organizations’ performance.  Type of Research –Quantitative Research (Survey)  Nature of Data – Primary Data  Method of Data collection – Questionnaire Method  Sources of Data – Collect Real-time data through questionnaires and analyze the data collected from the questionnaires.
