Tillhub emerged from the pandemic in a strong
position, with new funding from one of Berlin’s
top Investors.
setting the scene.
They needed to source many ‘best in class’
software developers in a short
space of time.
The team at Tillhub values quality over
everything else, so we had that in common from
the start.
Like any partnership, there was sure to be
obstacles ahead.
They needed Node Developers and Mobile
Developers to work in a competitive space
where it’s difficult to attract great Tech talent,
especially in Berlin.
the challenge.
With many moving parts, we soon identified that close
collaboration was essential.
We held weekly mtgs with the COO who gave us info &
clarification as needed. We spoke on Slack regularly, and
dedicated multiple team members to a very targeted &
specific search.
Things came up that required us to adapt quickly.
Change requests were submitted & actioned
immediately, on both sides.
How we made it work.
10 new tech hires (so far). That's 7 permanent,
plus a specialised team of 3 freelancers. This has
added substantial value to Tillhub’s operation.
Tough key positions filled, including: Android
Developer, Node Developer, Full Stack Engineers
and QA Engineers.
