position, with new funding from one of Berlin’s
top Investors.

obstacles ahead.
They needed Node Developers and Mobile

where it’s difficult to attract great Tech talent,
especially in Berlin.

6. With many moving parts, we soon identified that close
collaboration was essential.
We held weekly mtgs with the COO who gave us info &
clarification as needed. We spoke on Slack regularly, and
dedicated multiple team members to a very targeted &
specific search.
Things came up that required us to adapt quickly.
Change requests were submitted & actioned
immediately, on both sides.
How we made it work.
7. 10 new tech hires (so far). That's 7 permanent,
plus a specialised team of 3 freelancers. This has
added substantial value to Tillhub’s operation.
Tough key positions filled, including: Android
Developer, Node Developer, Full Stack Engineers
and QA Engineers.
