3. Abstract
 My research hypothesizes that a world reform movement can be enabled through the route of Education, Arts, Culture &
Science. The research is named Swachh Ujwall Vishv Project (SUV Project) [Hindi for Clean Bright World]
 The idea of Swachhta [Hindi for cleanliness] is not a standalone concept. The whole context of a citizen keeping his
surroundings clean comes from an uncluttered mind. Outer 'Swachhta' is a mirror of 'Swachhta' inside. This concept can be
extrapolated to see that in our nation state, a “Swachhta” of ‘minds’ can bring forth good governance practices, and overall
development of the society can be accelerated through this. A literal purification of our governance systems can be
precipitated through right direction in thought and good leadership.
 This research spanning a period of ten years will aim at anthologizing performance of all countries indexing them basis
their performance on certain pre-defined parameters. The research has a psycho-spiritual dimension to it, such that it
assimilates the essence of fast changing globalized world that is trending towards a bright future by yielding to positive
and harmonious thoughts. For this leg of the experiment Oxford Centre for Future of Humanity and Princeton Institute of
Noetic Sciences have been identified. On ground, the research involves five global World Congress(es) held at New Delhi
by the name “Swachharohan” [Hindi for ‘rise of cleanliness’]. The route to change is through education, arts, culture and
science. Span of research may spill-over, in-case the subjects are not responding. This research is aligned with Sustainable
Development Goals 2030, Vision2050 - World business council for sustainable development, Government of India.
Inducing, channelizing leveraging the potential of world businesses to flow funds from Global North to Global South will be
the tangible aim of the research. The crux of ideology behind research is the concept of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” [Hindi
for One World, One Family]. These changes are already happening in our surroundings, the idea is to collaborate and
ORGANIZE ourselves, for a new world.
 The conferences will be coupled with World Music Concerts, 17 in all, spanning across the globe, the last one to be at Paris.
The hypothesis also presumes that the future is musical, festive, joyful, and distress in all areas is healed in full effect.

10. The Energy Imbalance – Right
Emotional climate!
 There is an energetic imbalance in the conduits of earth that requires
balance. To this end, a cross over process. Basically that means a pact
made by a symbolic gesture, based upon invisible cognition through
access to Akashic Records.
 The Female (Gaia) energy is to be balanced as it is facing an imbalance due
to suppression by the patriarchal society. An Age of Matriarchs will be
established soon. Thereafter we will achieve balance, and lose the concept
of gender.
 Gender neutrality will follow after Phase shift again and all of us will
become Children of the Sun: This is to say that metaphorically gender will
lose its significance and innocence will rule the world.

human happiness and health.

Satyug (Age of Truth) in Hindu scriptures

change in India scenarios will be evident as we move

 “One more thing about the deep spirit which unveils itself through
Scriptures: I may (draw) a paralel with a concept called in Rromani music
"duende" (in Spain) because there is not a unique channel for this
exteriorisation and music (sound, sonic, sonal) may also be an (energy)
channel.
 Duende is usually described as a very intimate spirit (we say "ogi" in
Rromani, it is like आत्म) which comes from the depth of the earth, enters
the musician through his/her feet, rises to his heart and is set free through
his voice and/or hands playing. It is a basic element of Rromani culture,
especially in Spain, and I am convinced this phenomenon is of spiritual

device that helps to know surrounding environment and take steps
according to it.
