BYOL license model

Provisioning delays for needed servers can significantly delay an Orion deployment, and introduces the risk of never deploying it at all
Customers unable to upgrade on-premises databases, whether due to cost or other issues, are blocked from upgrading to newer versions of Orion
Customers want to run a staging Orion deployment to trial new capabilities, test upgrades, and for backup/failover purposes
Device Views (NPM): Contextual interface views by device, with the ability to filter by status.
