Get a WOL Coach on board and introduce WOL to your colleagues by running WOL events at
every location.
Invite everybody to join a WOL circle – but keep it voluntary! You’ll need the curious and
motivated ones for a first round.
Set an overall goal for a joint WOL circle journey: so everybody, who participates, picks a personal
goal, but this should be connected to your overall goal. Such a goal can be “Defining Cablinc’s
Digital Transformation journey” – so everybody can contribute with personal ideas, views and
experiences.
Set up diverse circles: people from different locations, functions and hierarchy levels – and you’ll
gain a broad perspective on your overall goal.
Start the journey of the 12 weeks together, meet in between 1-2 times for pit stops and overall
reflection in the big group, and at the end celebrate together. This will strengthen unity across your
associates and helps to change.
