• Client Interaction during the rating process in order to develop an understanding of the business operations and to
undertake due diligence process in regular intervals.
• To prepare a detailed appraisal note which is presented to the Internal Rating Committee Meeting (IRCM) and
after gratifying all queries, the proposal moves to Rating Committee Meeting (RCM).
• Preparation of rationales which are eventually published in Care’s website for bankers, the company and other

• The Project Objective was to create an initial path for AISoft to enter the Indian Educational Market.
• Developed the Strategy to follow a systematic course of action which helped the organization to penetrate and
establish itself in the market that already had strong and well-established players.
• Business Development for the company via mailers, calls and meetings. Creating awareness about the company’s
products and Lead Generation were the prime focus of the project.
