Respondents were found hesitant in revealing opinion
about supervisor’s and management.
The biggest limitation was time factor two month is an
insufficient time to understand a vast and complex
organization at Appasamy Ocular Devices Pvt.Ltd.
People response may be based owing to a variety of
reasons such as common beliefs and education background.
People could not give adequate time to the questionnaire
owing to the work load
