a focus on quality base building and interior design solu7ons. Its principals, Randolph H. Gerner, AIA, Richard N.
Kronick, AIA and Miguel Valcarcel, AIA, have been working together for the past 29 years. In addi7on to the founding

Leumi’s NY headquarters (LEED Cer7fica7on pending); the 320,000 sf North American Headquarters for Allianz Global
Investors; as well as projects for UniCredit Bank AG, CUNY, NYC‐DOHMH (SILVER LEED Cer7fica7on pending), among
many others. GKV Architects has recently completed a 262‐seat auditorium for NYIT; The Brooklyner, a 424,000 sf
residen7al building in Brooklyn, NY for The ClareY Group; and a 100,000 sf office fit‐out for the NY headquarters of
West LB (LEED PlaSnum). In total, the firm is ac7vely engaged in more than two and a half million square feet of design
