Condensation molding silicone rubber
Condensation tin cure silicones are two-component materials which cure at room temperature (RTV) to flexible, high
tear-strength rubbers. It can be poured onto models or they can be made brush-able by adding a thixotropic additive.

Addition platinum cure molding silicone rubber is a
two component, which are easy to use platinum catalyst mixed

Instructions for use:
This product is mixed by hand. If you choose to wear gloves, wear vinyl gloves only.
Latex gloves will inhibit the cure of the rubber.
Simply measure equal parts by volume of part A and part B into two separate equal sized balls.
Knead part A and part B together with your hands until uniform in color (light blue). The heat from your hands will help
activate the product. Once the color is uniform, you are ready to begin your mold
Press the kneaded mixture onto the surface of the object you wish to replicate
Press firmly to ensure putty covers all surface areas. If covering a large surface, you may work in small sections and in
batches
To eliminate air bubbles in your mold, begin pressing in the lowest surface points working outward to high points

1.Safety materials should be stored and used in a warm environment(23℃).These products have a limited shelf life and
should be used as soon as possible.All Liquids urethanes are moisture sensitive and will be absorb atmospheric moisture.
2.Mixing tools and containers should be clean and made of metal,lass or plastic.Mixing should be done in a well-ventilated
area.Wear safety glasses,long sleeves and rubber gloves to minimize contamination risk.
Important:
