⢠Confizâs main focus is on job posting, staff skill enhancement and growth, as well as on
employees recognition; however the branding is quite limited and on hold.

Employer branding on social media is almost 90% based on your existing employees; which
means, your employees are your capital and before hoping to create any positive branding,
always make sure to keep them happy.
People like to know what they are getting themselves into. So, naturally, any glimpse they
