Hilal-B to be located approximately 300 meters north to
damaged Hilal PL/F, Gulf of suez petroleum company
(GUPCO) (Contract NO.: GUP-EC-13-003), May 2012 -
November 2012 .
- Connect vent valves to the structure legs at the top side of
the jacket above the water level.
- Connect the flooding hoses to the structure legs at the top
side of the jacket.
- Open the flooding valves (4 Valves) installed on the platform
legs under the water level to make the jacket start
automatically sinking due to flooding.
- Boat landing installation on a stabbing guide from under
water side and by clamps & flanges from the top side above
the water line.
- Installation of six barge bumpers, the flange on the shock
cell of the barge bumper and on the jacket legs was

installed-bolted and galvanized chain was run between the
