2. SEO assessment using a tool (Moz, Semrush, etc.)
• Site analysis: Domain Authority 24 / Page authority 36.
• Number of backlinks: 1820
• Ranked keywords: Total Number of Ranked Keyword -> 3200
• SEO suggestions related to website content – The Company is not following good SEO
strategy. The On-Page-SEO of services pages is not properly optimized that’s why non of
them is ranking. Few new blog posts are good in on-page-seo are ranking in 1st
page of
the google, My suggestions would be to fully audit the website and to rank all the
services pages the content should be good in on-page-seo and also few pages are
loading slow due to heavy size of the Images. For On-Page-SEO, the content should be
in depth, proper keyword optimized and keyword should be included in Title, URL and
also in Meta discription of the page.

5. Conclusion, learnings & recommendations
This Project Help me to understand how the things works practically, I done many courses online but
none of them is much helpful then this, here I am applying my knowledge what I learned in this
courses. Like hands on Practical Skills. Thank You so much giving us projects to learn by self and
implement practically.
Recommendations
I would point out few tips to implement and to enhance this business model. I saw this
business (name- Indovance Inc) is not using proper marketing strategy to capture decent
leads.
Grow Digital Presence- They are not using proper SEO techniques to rank their each page
and mainly services pages. With proper SEO they can target huge volume of niche related
audience with low or 0 budget.
Build Brand Awareness- They have to promote their services through social media and other
services related forums so that it can reach to maximum amount. And also they have to stay
updated in social media channels.
