Marshall Brown, President of Marshall Brown &
Associates, is a certified executive and career
coach and personal brand strategist. Marshall has
always had a passion for helping professionals find
ways to succeed in the workplace while living happy
and fulfilling lives.
Marshall has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology
from the University of Pittsburgh and is certified by
the International Coach Federation, Coaches
Training Institute and Career Coaches Institute. He
grew up in Pittsburgh and now resides in
Washington, DC.
Mimi Darmstadter is an executive coach and a
seasoned leader in the Human Resources field (e.g.
learning and performance). She launched her own
coaching and HR consulting firm, My Life's Work -
Coaching & Consulting LLC six years ago. Mimi
also is also is the co-founder of a group coaching
program for high-achieving working
moms. Currently, she is leading four such groups
for an international financial institution.
