Recently I have: Created marketing communications campaigns for a hospital in Toronto Coordinated a bilingual, multi-channel, five Million dollar ad campaign that won an award, and increased ROI Conducted market study and developed strategic communications plan for a healthcare agency , increasing client satisfaction level by 77%
