Inflation and Rise of Indian Stock Market
Since COVID-19 had not only hit our lives but also the
markets in the worst possible way, the markets were opened
with precautions by the government. This presented the
opportunity for everyone to revive their bank balances
along with the revival of the market. Since people became
more focused on saving, what lurked around was inflation,
which increased the prices of goods and services in the
market.
Despite inflation, COVID-19 helped the Indians to
understand the working and basics of the Indian Stock
Market. This is because the stocks gave more return on
interest than reserved gold or real estate. This shift change
allowed common people to invest more in stocks rather
than other investment options. Since there was a swift
change in the behaviour of the consumer, the stock market
rose.
The Indian stock market recently saw some of its
companies hitting an all-time high. Along with that, the
focus of Indians also helped enhance the market and make
it stronger. In September 2021, the Indian Stock Market
overtook France for the first time to become the sixth-
largest stock market.
New Companies Entering the Stock Market
It is always during the tough time when the world sees
some of the most interesting and profitable business
ventures. However, this year has brought good news for
many companies. During the first nine months of 2021,
more than 72 IPOs (Initial Public Offering) hit the stock
market. By the end of 2021, it is projected that the Indian
Stock Market will record the highest number of IPOs in a
year.
COVID-19 has hit the market in many ways, showing the
adverse side of the market in the beginning to educating the
common people about the stock market. If it wasn’t for
COVID-19, the Indian Stock Market would not have got the
attention of the global investors. However, many factors
may have affected it but the best thing about the stock
market is that it always bounces back.

Learning Environments act as the pillars of educational
technology. Now let me highlight how exactly the
technology is transforming higher education:
Accessibility & Flexibility – – Ease of access to
education is an added advantage to draw students to
learning. Education is no longer limited to four walls of the

leveled.

across the globe just in front of them virtually. More

blended approach of education not only saves much time
for teachers but also enables the student to learn at his own
pace. Also, each and every student’s activity can be
monitored with ease.
Communication & Collaboration – Communication is
the first step for any student to excel in his academic career
as it diminishes the gap between the student and the teacher.
The online mode of education has paved a pathway for each
and every pupil to connect with their teacher more easily
than that of the traditional way of education. E-learning via
G-Suite and others are encouraging teamwork as well as
individual growth. Research is being carried out like
Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIEd) hoping to bring
about a revolution in analyzing the data, automating the
assessment tools, and personalizing the learning platforms.

little bit game further draws the student’s attention towards

Reduction in paperwork – Every educational institution
now has computers with installed software and programmes
that are connected to high-speed internet. It allows them to
focus on enhancing academic productivity and minimizing
paperwork. Students’/ teachers’ information, administrative
details, logistics, attendance, fees, test and examination
details, curriculum, content, and other activities are all
aided by these technologies. All of the tasks can be done
automatically, eliminating the requirement for manual
labour. Owing to the development of these technologies,
teachers can record lectures digitally and share them with
students instead of spending too much time preparing notes
and delivering lectures on the blackboard.
Conclusion:
Education is nothing but teaching the students about the
arena of concepts that they have not learned yet. Integrating
technology into education is like embarking on a journey
into modern invention, where the teacher serves as a guide
during the trip. He also explores the various areas of growth
both for himself and the young minds, thereby playing an
important role in developing the nation.
