IBM is the world's largest information technology and consulting services firm. I work for the Global
Technology services business unit which offers Business Consulting Services in IT infrastructure to
create on-demand business environment for our global clients.
As a direct reportee to the account partner, I lead a team of Technical Solution Managers, Technical
Solution Architects, Program Manager and Project managers from Germany and India for managing
the entire projects portfolio for a Europe account. My responsibilities include the following,
Responsible for client relationship management, client engagement and satisfaction in the project
management space.
Portfolio Delivery Management – engaging closely with the client business and leading the project

As a Senior T & T Manager, I lead the team of Transition Managers, Delivery operations team (head
count of 200+) to successfully transition IT outsourcing IBM Global Delivery Centres. Worked closely
with new clients to devise transition strategy for seamless take over and no impact to the business.
And also formulated and implemented transformation activities for scalability and cost optimization.
Key Accomplishments:
Successfully completed a Large and complex transition for a Latin America client to India delivery
centre. The transition involves migrating the data centre operations from across the world and
consolidating into India delivery centre. The project involved ramping up of 250+ head counts
across multiple technologies (midrange - Unix, Windows to ERP SAP and Databases).
Successfully handled the transition of an Europe account with 140 resources covering 12 service
lines to Chennai, India Delivery Centre. Due to successful transition ahead of the schedule, the
Client satisfaction index moved from Red to Green.
Successfully lead a transformation of an Europe client with IBM cloud strategy which lead to
enhanced scalability and cost optimization.
