• Coordinates with key contacts including the Client, Account Manager and Account Executives
• Working directly with the client to understand project objectives and Scope.
• Worked in different phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) & transition projects
• Integrations/Migrations: Project-managed large-scale initiatives involving the transition of projects to
new platforms and the merger of disparate systems
• Managing Enterprise Program Office (EPO), support, automation of reporting, dashboards on a
program, project and global level
• Creating and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating
time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of
the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project
progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. This includes documenting, prioritizing and
tracking requests (changes, enhancements, etc.) and coordinating with the Change Control Board
(CCB).
• Meet with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
• Managing the Program Schedule in MS Project, Change Control and Risks/Issues logs
• Assisting in the creation and standardization of processes rolled out by the Program Office
• Assisting Program Manager’s with tools, templates and process assets for improved Project
Management.
• Developed an overall data strategy to leverage internal and external data systems to provide the
complete picture of the organization, this strategy was parlayed into a global data warehouse project,
in which I played a key stakeholder
• To check the availablility of Resources and commit them in Projects based on their skill set
• Exposure to working in PPMC - commit and soft book Resources
• Ensure Resource availability and HC for Projects
• Monitored list of Resource falling in Bench and matched them to Projects based on skill set
• Analysed HC Utilization and presented to Program Manager for available Capacity
• Created reports on Resource Allocation to Senior Management.
• Working on Head Count Forecast for future months.

• Worked as Project Lead on Green belt project which yield value of $ 1.2 Million for one
country(Germany).
