Il Rollout è iniziato molto in anticipo rispetto agli altri paesi europei e, alla fine del 2011, il 95% dei clienti ha ricevuto il contatore elettronico. I dati di consumo possono essere letti sul display del misuratore e possono essere utilizzati da sistemi di monitoraggio e controllo complessi C’è ancora una scarsa penetrazione di servizi associati agli smart meters + 36.000.000 smart meters ITALIA
