  2. 2. 1. Set goals.  How can you start to see personal improvement in your life unless you have something to work toward?  Without goals, you won’t reach your full potential. That’s why setting goals is the first step towards a life that’s full of purpose and fulfillment.
  3. 3. 2. Go to bed early, wake up early.  Not only is it important to get an adequate amount of sleep, it’s also important to get that sleep the right way. Go to bed at a decent time so that you can wake up at a decent time. The morning is such a beautiful, hopeful time of day in which you can get a lot done.

Exercise a little every day.  Exercising doesn’t have to be the bane of your existence; it doesn’t have to be unenjoyable or incredibly hard.  It can be as simple as going on a walk for 10 minutes a day.
