3. Consultation Fees
General Consultation - $150 to $400
– General consultation with lab and ultrasound ~ $550-$700
IVF Consultation - $300 to $400
– IVF consultation with lab and ultrasound ~ $700-$900
Note: As shown above there may be additional services performed (ultrasound &
lab work) including infectious disease screening which is a requirement prior
to beginning treatment. Examples are shown above.
The initial consultation and additional services may be covered under your
insurance plan. If you do not have insurance, all fees relating to your initial
consultation for you and your partner are due upon checkout.
RRC accepts all major credit cards for your convenience.
We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier so you are aware of your
infertility benefits/coverage.
4. Let’s get started…
The following information is designed to give you
valuable insight on treatment costs and options
prior to your initial consultation.
After Dr. Riggs or Dr. Brabec have established a
treatment plan for you, myself or another financial
counselor will meet with you to review insurance
coverage/benefits and establish your downpayment
to RRC. The downpayment is based on the
information we received from your insurance carrier
and will be due at the start of your treatment cycle.
5. Medical Records
REMINDER: Follow up with any physician’s
office where you have requested medical
records to ensure we receive them at least
one week prior to your initial consultation.
