1) Project Name: RB Open UI Transformation

Description:
The project intends on transforming the usability and visibility of customer information, enhancement of overall UI
and providing a WOW! Experience to the end user. This radical makeover turn out to be possible with enablement
of best in class Open UI features. The project run in Agile mode in 15 day sprints with quarterly releases. Product
owner and scrum master roles are of the client and they are actively involved on daily basis from sprint planning,
daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective and sprint showcase.
Responsibilities:
Core part of the 5 member team for sprint planning
Own around 3-4 user stories from Design to Build to Testing during each sprint.
Solely responsible for deployment of assigned user stories on multiple environment.
To tailor and deliver sprint showcase to the client w.r.t assigned user stories.

The Relationship Builder Application needed to be simplified which was one of the key strategic foundations to
support client’s futuristic business requirements. This called for making client’s CRM landscape Open UI-ready.
Hence the application was upgraded from Siebel 8.1.1.5 to Siebel 8.1.1.11. Also with this upgrade, the application
was empowered with Mobile capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Understand the business needs, scope and objectives and key stake holders involved for the upgrade.
Performed regression testing to identify known & compatibility issues of new version with various browser
combinations.
Tested key functionalities along with identification and resolution of upgrade related roadblocks.
Stringent efforts were put to fix Integration issues like debugging xmls, xslt, workflows etc.
Co-ordination with Oracle seeking assistance on product related bugs.
Follow up with Oracle on SRs and checking for possible workarounds.
Headed post release technical PIV on behalf of the entire team

3. 3) Project Name: Siebel Upgrade (Version 7.8 to 8.1)

The application was aged and had to be upgraded to accommodate latest Siebel features. Also to cater to
Australian Banking regulatory requirements major changes were induced in the system. This called for provision of
unique banking functionalities which needed the then latest Siebel version available (8.1).
Responsibilities:
To prepare detailed technical design documents on FOFA requirements.
Discussions with Business Analysts on Needs Conversation Design.
Configured the Needs Conversation journey as per the FOFA reforms.
To identify upgrade roadblocks and rectifying the same.
To prepare test plan, test scenarios and test cases for and to conduct unit testing of the configured
functionalities.
4) Other Projects worked on – RB Dashboard, MS De-commission.
