This is why, to define a management system, we have to look at the organization from a systematic perspective. Documentation, knowledge management, and records An organization should have a properly arranged documentation system along with a knowledge management database. Both are important for the employees And employee management. 6. Project monitoringMonitoring the project as it progresses is essential for different departments. Behind every project, many resources are at stake, and the success of the project is crucial for everyone involved in it.
