 Preparation of monthly cost sheet (EPAs wise & Product wise) and profitability report for

basis and reporting it to Top Management.
 Prepare MIS (Direct Business performance review) for Tata Steel Ltd.

 Monitoring Vendor payments, Reconciliation of Vendor balances & handling Vendor query.
 Monitoring Stock value in SAP MM Module & FI Module.
 Inventory Valuation for FG, WIP & Stock reconciliation.
 Monthly Excise Differentiality Payment for the EPAs.
 Monthly Physical Verification at the EPAs and reporting to top management.
 Preparing Weekly Production Comparative for the External Processing Agents (EPAs)
based on the Production Plan given.
 Involved in Strategic Planning for our Roll Casting Division (JEMCO).
 Involved in SAP Implementation for EPA Process.
 Assisting Top Management in Preparing the Actual Business Plan (ABP) for Direct
