coronavirus
SARS-COV-2
The emergence of the novel coronavirus SARS-
COV-2 at Wuhan in China in December 2019
followed by its rapid spread first in China and
then to 212 countries of the world.
WHO declared it public health emergency of
international concern on 30th January 2020 and
subsequently a Pandemic on 11th March 2020.
COVID-19 is a new disease hence the
preparedness, response and actions was
continued to be driven by rapidly accumulation
of scientific and public health knowledge.
