My primary objective in this position was to generate potential sales leads as well as qualifying each of them while maintaining a 90% or higher 
percentage to goal every month. In this position I focused on relationship building and educating our service providers on our various marketing 
packages available. I also maintain our relationships with our advertising service providers to ensure renewals. While in t his role I regularly 
surpassed my goals and was within the top 20% of sales reps on multiple occasions. Because of this accomplishment, I was able to earn a 
consistency bonus and currently I have a 3 month percent to goal average of 118%. I am able to thrive in this healthy compet itive environment, 
which led to me earn top territory selection. 
Account Representative, Safeco Insurance 
(1/2010 – 6/2012) 
Contractor for Enterprise Rent-a-Car 
Within the rental management department, I am responsible for marketing the ARMS software to a versatile client base. Primary responsibilities 
also include cultivating and enriching my current clients to ensure renewal. It is paramount that I present myself as an approachable and 
accessible resource for which to ask questions and receive feedback from my current and future clients. It is expected that I maintain a high level 
of support including maintaining high customer satisfaction scores, reaching phone availability goals, as well as showing a contribution to the 
organization as a whole. Aside from my primary business duties, I am also heavily involved in other marketing projects including Day at the 
Track, which is the largest client focused event at Enterprise.

(12/2007 – 1/2010) 
As a dedicated resource responsible for the success of my branch, I focused on the training and development of my employees. I also contributed 
to acquiring new business, maintaining 20 hours of field marketing, which resulted in securing such accounts as the Indianapolis Colts and the 
American Cancer Society. Other duties included employee scheduling, accounts receivable, and ensuring the retention of current employees as 
well as career pathing.
