Done with confirmations of generated transgenics through polymerase chain reaction and ELISA
techniques.

3. Experience
2012 0ct- 2013 March - worked on Breast cancer cell lines revival and maintenance for research
study. Analyzed the chromosome and cell organelles motility during the diseased state.
2013 May- 2014 Jan - done with internship at ICRISAT for transgenic cell lines also experienced
with hydroponics experiment.
Working as a JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW under RKVY project cloning and characterization of
eIF4A gene.
