• Unit cost should be the least
• Input cost for feed, veterinary
aid, insurance, labour charges etc must logical
• Output costs i.e. sale price of
fattereners, piglets and culled animals must be
maximum
• Income-expenditure statement and annual
gross surplus must maintained properly
• Cash flow analysis must be understand
