Negative synergy • People spend much time in conflict, rivalry and master minding • They try to apply more pressure • More logical information to strengthen their position. • The problem is that highly dependent people are trying to succeed in an interdependent reality • People who are scripted deeply in logical, verbal and left brain thinking • They forget that life is not just logical it is also emotional.
