Employment Overview:
Sandy has worked in both public and private educational organisations in Australia and internationally.
She has worked in Dubai, Oman, Canada, Spain, East Africa and the UK. She has undertaken key roles
and responsibility in such positions as Head of Department, JPS, Dubai, Senior Positions in Canada and at
Ascham School in Sydney as well as Deputy Head of Junior School at Hutchins, Hobart, Tasmania.
Leadership:
 Positions of responsibility as Head of Departments, Deputy Head
 Guiding and mentoring as many as 12 staff in their work commitments
Management:
 Managing and preparing the planning for staff to fulfill requirements
 Be a producer of change and assimilation
 Provide the necessary resources for effective work completion

 Organise and co-ordinate workshops, personnel, resources for professional learning, meetings
