civil aviation regulations, office policies, and procedures, and Aircraft
Registration and Airmen Certification Programs. I analyze and evaluate a wide

variety of source documents for the correct dispersal. Determine appropriate
distribution of documents to the right branch and/or section in accordance and
compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) 47.17 and part 61.
I prepare documents correctly to comply with established format and guidelines
and to prohibit delays in the registration of civil aircraft and the certification of
airmen. Aid legal representatives by supplying confirmation of filing times to
foreign officials engaged in the requisition of aircraft. I examine contents of
conveyances and other security instruments pertaining to aircraft, engines,
propellers, or spare parts maintained by or on behalf of Air Carriers to determine
the intent and correct fee. I operate cashiers window to receive fees and
documents from the Registry customers. I advise the aviation public on correct
procedure for completing required registration and certification forms, appropriate
forms to use, applicable fees, and resolve problems. I accept or deny fees based
on the acceptability by the Treasury Department. I am responsible for three (3)
other cashiers functions and quality assurance of scan batches. I process aircraft
documents, airman requests and remittances, I have knowledge and understanding
of numerous aircraft documents, including the order of filing, amount of
remittances required, document types, the use of correct stamps, priority level of
documents filed, building of scan batches, and quality assurance of scan batches.
I make necessary corrections to scan batches including re-indexing and re-
scanning of incorrect scan batches. I place batches in appropriate area for proper
distribution for pick up. I orally communicate and create written correspondence
to customers with a professional manner. I enter indexing and prep errors when
applicable
