Achievement motivation of employee motivation is the drive to attain goals and targets.
He/she gets motivated to achieve the goals and succeed.
1. Affiliation Motivation
Affiliation motivation of employee motivation refers to praising the employee for their
better performance, positive attitude or co-operation in the company. It can make magic
where money cannot be used to motivate the employees.
3. Attitude Motivation
Attitude motivation of employee motivation refers to how your employees think, their
attitude towards working environment and their self-confidence etc.

4. Competence Motivation
Competence motivation of employee motivation refers to seeking job mastery, the
strive to be creative and use problem solving skills in case of obstacles. When they are
competence motivated they tend to learn through experiences.
5. Power Motivation
