2. INTRODUCTION
Car washing is an essential function of preventive
maintenance. Keeping the exterior of a vehicle clean
prevents rust ,oxidation and also reduces the occurrence of
fine scratches. This article attempts to relay the most
common method and the significance of this pastime.

3. CONCEPT
 As the concept of automatic car washing system, when we
are leaving the vehicle at the starting point of the conveyor.
 By the sensor detects the vehicle and the conveyor starts
moving to the washing point.
 washing of vehicle is done at the washing position.
 after completion of washing of vehicle, it is moving back to
the original position by the conveyor

In automatic car washing system we are using H-BRIDGE
DC MOTOR. The work of H-Bridge is to push and pull the
conveyor belt

12. TRANSFORMER
A transformer is a device that transfers electrical energy from
one circuit to another through inductively coupled conductors
 They are generally two types i.e. STEP-UP & STEP-DOWN

13. RECTIFIERS
Rectifier converts AC current or voltages into DC current or
voltage.
 There are two different rectification circuits, known as 'half-
wave' and 'full-wave' rectifiers.
 Both use components called diodes to convert AC into DC.

14. CAPACITIVE FILTER
Filter circuits are used to remove unwanted or undesired
frequencies from a signal.
VOLTAGE REGULATOR
A voltage regulator is an electrical regulator designed to
automatically maintain a constant voltage level. It may
use an electromechanical mechanism

15. WORKING
The working of automatic car washing system is
 Required power will be obtained by power supply system
 Once we placed an object on starting end of the conveyor, IR
Sensors detects the object and conveyor moves forward
 Another sensor is placed on end point of the conveyor, and
pickup the object to washing room
 Water sprinkling and drying process is done under washing
room and returns to the conveyor
