2. There are many unsolved mysteries in life
even though science, technology, and
research have come a very long way.

explanations for these mysterious things, as
of now we will have to settle with mere

4. It is Known as the Bermuda Triangle, this legendary
expanse of ocean can be found between the points of
Miami, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico. Pilots often tell of their
instruments going haywire and numerous ships have been
lost at sea. With explanations ranging from gas bubbles to
aliens, no one is sure what is behind the strange
phenomena.
According to Bermuda-Triangle.org around 129
planes have disappeared over the waters in the
Bermuda Triangle between 1945 and 2008.

6. This is a Russian story from a mountain known to the locals as
“dead mountain”, in which 10 people attempted to scale it using
a dangerous route.
They’d taken a wrong turn and wound up lost, and when a search
team went out to look for them all that turned up were broken
tents filled with supplies, campers cutting THROUGH their tent
from the inside and bolting into the night.
The search came across a few bodies, for some reason only
dressed in underwear and socks, one even attempting to climb a
tree.
The rest were found in a ditch, dressed in the dead mens clothes,
fractured skulls and one with a missing tongue.
Nobody could ever explain what happened here.

8. On December 5th, 1872, the Mary Celeste, a British
merchant ship, was found adrift in the Atlantic Ocean
with all passengers and crew missing. The ship
contained no sign of a struggle, had plenty of food and
water, was still seaworthy and contained an almost
untouched cargo. The only anomaly was that a single
lifeboat was missing. Despite a lengthy investigation,
none of the passengers or crew were ever seen or heard
from again and this great unsolved maritime mystery
led to theories of water spouts, piracy, deadly fumes
and underwater earthquakes.

10. This is another world wide famous unsolved mystery
of the world. On December 6, 1933, the Daily Express
published a photo of a “monster” that was apparently
lurking in Scotland’s Loch Ness. Since that time there
have been police investigations, scientific studies, calls
of a hoax and countless reported sightings of a
“creature” swimming within the dark waters of the
Loch. Described as having a long serpentine neck,
“Nessie” (as she is affectionately known by locals) is
theorized to be the last in a long line of surviving
plesiosaurs, but no solid evidence to verify this has
ever been uncovered.

12. There was once an isolated island off the cost of Scotland where 3
lighthouse keepers lived and were responsible for keeping the building
intact. One day, when their monthly supply ship dropped by, the island
was silent. No response from the lighthouse keepers. Eventually the
captain and some crew members went to investigate and found a
disturbingly empty lighthouse. 2 of the 3 waterproof coats were missing
from their hangers and the kitchen was left in a state as if people had left in
a hurry.
The lighthouse log only added more mystery to the situation. The log
described how one of the keepers wouldn’t talk, and the other
continuously cried for hours. All of this pain and fear seemed to be coming
from a “powerful storm, looming in the distance”. However this begs the
question, why where they so scared of a simple storm? They should have
been safe in the brand new lighthouse right? The log goes on to talk about
how they all stat close together and prayed for the storm to be over. The
final log states: “The storm has passed, the skies are calm, god is over all”.
Their bodies were never found and the cause of their death is still a mystery to
this day.

14. An unidentified flying object, or UFO, in its most
general definition, is any apparent anomaly in the sky
that is not identifiable as a known object or
phenomenon. Culturally, UFOs are associated with
claims of visitation by extraterrestrial life or
government-related conspiracy theories, and have
become popular subjects in fiction. While UFOs are
often later identified, sometimes identification may
not be possible owing to the usually low quality of
evidence related to UFO sightings (generally
anecdotal evidence and eyewitness accounts).
