HybriScan Technologies provides correlative Raman-SEM imaging solutions through its HybriScan platform. Founded in 2011 as a spin-off from the University of Twente by CEO Loretta van Kollenburg and CTO Dr. Cees Otto, HybriScan develops integrated Raman microscopes that correlate morphology and chemical properties without re-alignment. Its systems offer fast spectrometry, point and imaging capabilities, and seamless integration with electron microscopes from multiple brands for applications in forensics, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, materials analysis and more.
